1 in 6 people experience a mental decline in any given week. Mental health is the number one reason for an OH referral. With an ever-changing world, it is essential that every level of an organisation has the training required to assist people who exhibit a mental health decline, a crisis or are experiencing suicidal thoughts. First Aid in Mental Health has been shown to increase knowledge, confidence and engender positive behaviours as well as reduce mental health stigma.

✅ Awareness of First Aid for Mental health – the half day course is designed for the whole workforce and explains why the management of mental health in the workplace is so important.
