TAC Healthcare Appoints Key Duo to Growing Occupational Health Team

TAC Healthcare Group has appointed two key members to its growing team. Alan Dickson joins the team as Head of Industrial Hygiene and Craig Donathy as Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Leading the Industrial Hygiene managed service for the TAC Healthcare Group, Alan is a chartered member of the faculty of occupational hygiene (CMFOH) and is an on-going participant in the CPD scheme. He also holds an MSc in Occupational Hygiene from The University of Manchester. With an in-depth industrial hygiene background of several decades and originally a chemist, Alan worked for BP for 25 years and during his time as Health Manager was responsible for a team of 30 at its peak.

Leading the Mental Health and Wellbeing service for TAC Occupational Health, Craig has worked in the mental health field for 21 years and became an accredited (BABCP) Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) in 2009, whilst helping set up a psychotherapy service for the NHS for moderate to severe mental health presentations. Craig has a wealth of experience in occupational health having worked in the industry for 8 years. His diverse background includes a career in social work whilst in the Royal Navy as well as a career as a qualified Integrative Counsellor. He has also worked with Samaritans as a volunteer for 18 years.

Speaking of the new appointments Ronan Jennings, Occupational Health Director at TAC Healthcare Group, says, “We are thrilled to welcome Alan and Craig to the team.
